Loving Kindness Meditation
This 5 week course is an introduction to and exploration of the age-old meditation practice of Loving Kindness, that develops our capacity for love and kindness towards ourselves and others.

This course explores the richness and depth of the Loving-Kindness meditation practice, which teaches us how to develop kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others, opening our hearts and dissolving the barriers we have built around ourselves.
Suitable both for beginners to meditation and for more experienced meditators.

Fidelma Farley is a Breathworks mindfulness trainer. She specialises in mindfulness for the management of pain, long-term illness and stress.
